"I’m Frankie Pardon, also known as Venomface — that’s the name I rap under, but this is my real life, told straight from me.

I’ve been writing & rapping 3 years, always felt something holding me back — today I let it all out. No filters, no lies, no acting. Every bar, every tear, every scar — 100% real.

I suffered anxiety & depression 15 years straight — every day, every night, no meds worked. Lost the woman I loved, she cheated right in my face, took my children, told lies to erase me from their lives… even left me for a man with kids from my own sister.

I tried to end it all, took every pill going, collapsed, seized… I actually DIED, left my body, was just a ball of light. Saw a man like Jesus, glowing like a hologram. He asked: ‘Do you want to go, or go back?’

I said: ‘I WANT TO GO — I’VE HAD ENOUGH.’

He said: ‘Sorry… I can’t let you go. You need to go back and create amazing things for the world.’

I WENT BACK INTO MY BODY 3 TIMES BEFORE I WOKE UP.

This is only 1% of what I’ve been through. You haven’t heard the prison, the streets, the stabbings, the fights, the family turning their backs… not yet.

I recorded this in one take, just me speaking from the heart. I enhanced my voice so you can hear every bit of pain and truth. I added the sound of rain in the background — like I’m sat safe inside, telling my story while the storm falls outside. Rain was there at the start of my life… and it’s here now as I finally speak it all out.
