    From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for being with us through over three incredible seasons of real talk, real life, and real love. This podcast was born from the deep bonds of friendship, family, and love shared by Allison, Kim, Susan, and Tosh—four women who have let our souls flow together for over 30 years. Your loyalty and support have meant the world to us as we've shared our candid conversations and personal journeys with you.


    After much reflection, we've decided to take a hiatus and end our episodes at this time. While this is goodbye for now, we hope to return one day to continue inspiring you with more real-life conversations.

    September 14, 2019 started off just as any other regular day with errands to run and appointments to keep, yet something seemed to be amiss. Then came an early afternoon call sharing that the unimaginable was now a reality. The words that no mother, no parent would ever want to hear, “your son has been arrested and you need to call his cellphone!” This message alone was enough to create shock and awe, however, the information only worsened with details of learning an altercation with an officer had ensued and this would set a 3-year course of fear, anxiety, agony and separation for a mother and son.
