In this episode we look at forgiveness and why do as humans hold onto the heavy energies of what others did to them and just can't forgive them. How do you forgive the unforgiveable? We hear from many scriptures and other wisdom based reading say that forgiveness will set you free. Yet we keep holding onto this out of resentment. We are the ones holding onto this toxic energies and it is literally making us sick. Tony Gyenis asks several important questions you can ask yourself to look at the same trauma to see it in a different way. How can we live with what happened to us to come to the realization that we will forgive people and move on. Sounds simple right?

Spirit explains why the same patterns of abuse or toxic energies keeps happening over and over again. We say in human reality that perhaps the whole world is against us or blaming others for their own misfortune.
