A lot of us have been taught that if you don't want to feel something, just shove it down. Think of it as a game of hide and seek, minus the seeking part. And if the thing actually comes looking for you, not to worry. Stay busy, stay on the move, and it can never find you.
Problem is, this is just not sustainable. At some point, the thing you're avoiding will make an appearance.
With the Scorpio Full Moon approaching, the sky is asking us to stop avoiding and to become aware. Instead of running forward, it asks us to stop and go deep down to feel, and begin to heal.
