概要

For Mother’s Sake is a podcast for women in the thick of it, hosted by Tiffany Rice and Cassidy Cox. It’s honest, sometimes awkward, and very real — like sitting at the table with coffee and finally saying the things you usually keep in your head. Together, we talk through motherhood from both sides — one of us raising girls, one of us raising boys — while navigating the good parts, the crazy parts, and everything that shifts as kids get older. We also talk about who we are outside of being “mom,” learning as we go, slowing down, building lives that feel steady, and figuring things out in real time. This is a shared space. Sometimes it’s just the two of us. Sometimes we’ll invite other moms to the table. No perfect systems. No pretending to have it all figured out. Just real conversations, spoken out loud before they’re wrapped up and put in a box — because sometimes you don’t need answers. You just need someone to say, “yep… I get it.”Tiffany Rice and Cassidy Cox 社会科学

  • Friendships Feel Different After Kids
    2026/04/17

    Friendship feels different after kids.

In this episode, we talk about how friendships can shift once motherhood enters the picture — from having less time and energy, to feeling disconnected from old friends, to trying to make new ones in a completely different season of life.

We talk about the friendships that grow deeper, the ones that naturally change, and how hard it can be to balance connection when everyone is busy, tired, and carrying so much.

If you’ve ever felt lonely, out of sync, or like friendship just looks different than it used to… this conversation is for you.

  • 03. Your Kids Need Boundaries… and So Do You
    2026/04/02

Boundaries can feel uncomfortable… especially when you're a mom.

In this episode of For Mother’s Sake, we’re having an honest conversation about what it actually looks like to set boundaries—for yourself, your kids, your family, and everyone in between.

We talk about the guilt that comes with saying no, the pressure to always be available, and how easy it is to put yourself last without even realizing it. From setting limits with your children to protecting your own time, energy, and mental health, this is your reminder that boundaries aren’t selfish—they’re necessary.

If you’ve ever felt stretched too thin, overwhelmed, or unsure how to hold a boundary without feeling like a “bad mom,” this episode is for you.

Because at the end of the day, the way we model boundaries teaches our kids how to respect their own.

    ✨ You deserve space

    ✨ You deserve support

✨ And you deserve boundaries too

Follow along, share with a fellow mom, and let us know—what’s one boundary you’re working on right now?

  • 02- The Winter Uglies
    2026/03/19

The winter uglies are finally starting to melt away.

In this episode, we talk about cabin fever, being cooped up with kids all winter, and that feeling of slowly coming back to life once the days start getting a little brighter again.

We also get into something we don’t always think about during the long winter months — self care. Not the trendy kind, but the kind that actually helps you feel like yourself again.

We talk about love languages too — and how understanding your own love language can actually help you figure out what kind of self care you really need.

If you’ve been feeling a little stuck in the winter slump, this conversation might be exactly what you need.
