· Nick Freshman is the founder of Mothersauce Partners, a consultancy serving a broad range of clients, guiding them in the unique nutritional and lifestyle demands of high-performance athletes and their organizations to develop specialized food and beverage solutions. One area of expertise is food halls – what works…what doesn’t … and why. We’ll be digging into that with Nick;

· John Filkins is the corporate beverage director for the Clyde's Restaurant Group, overseeing beverage programs across 14 restaurants in the DMV. He previously demonstrated his chops with the likes of Fabio Trabocchi, Michael Mina and Nick Steffanelli at Masseria, Officina and other hot spots.
