She has almost two decades of experience in the corporate arena, accompanied by an MBA, which has allowed her to successfully maneuver business-specific endeavors. From a young age, her parents instilled in her "To Do For Self," resulting in a strong passion for entrepreneurship and helping others be successful by sharing her experience, education, and resources.

Fawnne has over 18 years of experience in the hair care industry with a concentration in customized hair treatments for natural hair and healthy hair styling. She's Wedding Wire rated, Pravana Master Colorist Certified and 2017 Image Award Winning Hairstylist. She has published works and competed in hair competitions. She's been awarded 2018 ACHI MAGAZINE Hairstylist of the Year and is a National Educator for Influence Haircare.
