In this episode, Jared sits down with Lionel Moses to talk about the importance of intentionality in relationships, using the simple but powerful analogy of a seed. Just like a seed doesn’t grow by accident, healthy relationships don’t thrive without care, patience, and purposeful investment. Lionel explains that the seeds we plant, such as our words, actions, boundaries, and daily choices, eventually grow into something. When we intentionally strip away the pride and plant seeds of honesty, respect, and faith, we create the conditions for trust and lasting connection to flourish. But if we neglect the the Master Planter, the soil or plant unhealthy habits, the results will reflect that as well. The conversation encourages listeners to be mindful about what they’re sowing in their relationships today, reminding them that strong, life-giving relationships are cultivated over time through consistent, intentional effort.
