On today's episode of the Essential Conversations Podcast, the topic of conversation is Fatherhood.
Lisa Molloy, CEO of the IACP is joined by broadcaster, writer and mental health advocate, Keith Walsh, and therapist/IACP member and vice chair, Seamus Sheedy.
They talk about a number of areas including, stereotypical parenting roles and the perceived role of the father, how the pandemic created a shift in parenting roles and also created opportunities for strengthening the relationships between fathers and their children.
They also talk about the benefits of men opening up more to their spouse, children and wider family and finally the benefits that therapy can have for fathers.
We hope you enjoy the show!
