  • 33. the quite dīn
    2025/09/11

Not all faith is loud. Not all dīn is visible. Some of the strongest Islam lives in silence in whispered duʿās, in hidden sujood, in unseen acts of love for Allah that no one else will ever know about.

In this episode, we sit with the beauty of the quiet dīn the kind of faith that doesn’t perform, doesn’t seek applause, but still shakes the heavens. Through Qur’ān, hadith, and stories of companions who lived in silence but were honored in eternity, i talk about why Allah treasures the hidden parts of our worship, and how being unseen in this world can mean being celebrated in the next.

If you’ve ever wondered whether your small, secret acts of worship are enough, this episode is your reminder: Allah sees you. And sometimes the quietest faith is the strongest faith of all.

    2025/09/07

Have you ever wondered if the voice in your head is really you? The one that whispers: “You’re not good enough.” “Allah won’t forgive you.” “Your prayer doesn’t count.”

This episode isn’t just about recognizing Shayṭān’s tricks—it’s about reclaiming your heart and remembering that Allah’s mercy is always louder than the lies.

  • 31. do i actually want it, or do i want other people to know that i have it?
    2025/09/04

Do you really want it for yourself… or do you just want people to know that you have it?

This episode peels back the layers of our intentions, our desires, and the subtle hunger for validation that creeps into our lives. From social media clout to hidden riyā’ (showing off), we’ll explore the uncomfortable but necessary question: am I chasing Allah’s gaze, or people’s applause?, because at the end of the day, when you are lowered into your grave, only your intentions and deeds will remain. And if no one ever knew about what you had or achieved, would it still matter to you?

This is an episode about honesty, sincerity, and reclaiming your heart for Allah alone.

  • 30. the marriage myth
    2025/09/01

They told us marriage would fix everything that love would heal our scars, that companionship would erase our loneliness, that a spouse would finally make us whole. But what if that promise was never true? In this episode, i peel back the layers of the marriage myth and confront the illusions we’ve been fed. Marriage doesn’t cure wounds it reveals them. It doesn’t complete you it mirrors you. It doesn’t replace Allah it brings you face to face with your own need for Him. i talk about the difference between cultural fairytales and the prophetic reality of marriage. This isn’t a fairytale episode it’s a call to unlearn the myth of completion and to rediscover the true meaning of sakan, mercy, and companionship in marriage.

  • 29. faith over FOMO
    2025/08/28

In a world where everyone seems to be ahead, it’s easy to feel like you’re falling behind. social media amplifies it, the marriages, the travels, the careers, the milestones that aren’t yours yet. That nagging ache of “What if I miss out? What if life passes me by?” is what we call FOMO. But in Islam, there’s a different lens to see life through: Faith over FOMO.

In this episode, i talk about the spiritual roots of FOMO and how it quietly robs us of peace, gratitude, and trust in Allah’s plan. i talk on how tawakkul (reliance on Allah), sabr (patience), and qadr (divine decree) can completely dismantle the culture of scarcity and comparison.

This is not a lecture, it’s a conversation, a gentle reminder, and an invitation to breathe again. By the end of this episode, you’ll be able to reframe missed opportunities, unchosen paths, and unanswered prayers as signs of Allah’s perfect timing. You’ll discover that you never truly “miss out” on what was written for you, and that faith is the antidote to fear.

  • 28. healing through allah’s names ii
    2025/08/25

Every wound aches with a secret prayer. Every scar carries a silent story. And in those tender places of our hearts, Allah places His Names, not as distant titles, but as remedies waiting to be discovered. In this episode, “Healing Through Allah’s Names”, we reflect on how the Most Merciful (Ar-Raḥmān), the Restorer (Al-Jabbār), the Forgiving (Al-Ghafūr), and so many more of His Beautiful Names become medicine for our souls.

We’ll talk about how to turn pain into prayer, how to bring your specific wounds to the specific Name of Allah that heals them, and how to remember that knowing Allah is not just theology, it’s therapy for the believer’s heart.

-The hadith of Ḥanzalah and lessons from the companions

-The danger of the dip — and Shayṭān’s whispers

-Small acts that climb the curve back up

-How to live with fluctuating faith without despair

Whether you’re at your highest peak or lowest dip, this episode is your reminder: Allah never left. The curve still leads to Him.
