The malt bill on this new school IPA is very simple allowing the bright, vibrant character of the Mosaic hops to shine through. The aroma is a candied orange and passion fruit with a touch of classic dankness. The body is soft and smooth with a gentle sweetness that helps carry the citrusy, tropical hops all the way through before finishing dry and crisp.
