Josh and Nick discuss "The Beautiful People" by Marilyn Manson, the second track of Antichrist Superstar and probably the big introduction of Manson to the people at large in 1996. It was also the opportunity for the Sweet Dreamers and Portrait Fans to snirk at the baby Manson fans. Gatekeeping is, sadly, not new.

Josh and Nick were best friends in high school and helped each other through the difficult times as sensitive boys amidst chaos. They were also big fans of dark and loud music, including albums created by people who were monsters in real life. Nick now lives in California, Josh in Georgia, but they reconnected recently to talk about what the heck they were thinking 25 years ago and how it shaped them. This is not nostalgia.
