  • Film Producer Cody Greenwood on Passion, Perseverance & Forging Her Own Path
    2025/12/07

This week’s guest is powerhouse film producer Cody Greenwood.

Since founding Rush Films in 2016, Cody has built one of Australia’s most original and acclaimed production companies - known for shaping stories that stay with you long after the credits roll. From her AACTA Award–winning Stan Original Otto by Otto to documentaries premiering at Tribeca, SXSW and Sydney Film Festival, her work breaks boundaries while championing cinematic voices with something to say.

In this conversation, Cody reflects on leading differently in an industry still shaped by toxic power dynamics, navigating pregnancy and motherhood in a male-dominated field, and how choosing to settle in the Northern Rivers has given her work a new rhythm.

Cody is bold, clear-eyed and fiercely committed to doing things her way. This is an honest, energising conversation on motherhood, power and the energy that comes from building space where others once said it wasn’t possible. It left me fired up in the very best way.

You can check out some of her latest films including Under the Volcano, Renee Gracie: Fireproof, and Otto by Otto on Stan and find out more at https://www.rushfilms.com.au/

  • Naturopath and Pilates Instructor Bianca Wise on Tuning In, Slowing Down and the Everyday Rituals That Help Our Bodies Thrive
    2025/11/30

This week's guest is clinical naturopath and Pilates instructor, Bianca Wise.

I first came across Bianca at my home away from home, Bodylove in Woollahra (shout-out to Ali - a future Fine Form guest!), and I’ve been a fan ever since. Yes, she has abs of steel, but what really makes her special is her energy - vibrant, grounded, light.

In this chat, we explore her journey to becoming a globally recognised Pilates instructor and how she’s managed to grow her influence without losing the personal approach that anchors her.

This conversation is full of practical wisdom. Bianca speaks openly about the connection between stress and gut health, the importance of listening to our cycle, and why small, sustainable rituals can transform how we feel day to day. Her perspective blends movement, nutrition and self-care - reminding us that true growth doesn’t come from obsessing over numbers or appearances, but from cultivating kindness toward ourselves and finding peace within.

She truly walks her talk, and I loved unpacking the non-negotiables that keep her grounded no matter where she is in the world.

And since this chat, I’ve been paying much closer attention to my own cycle and realising how many symptoms I’d normalised or explained away. If you suspect something’s not quite right, consider this a gentle reminder: your body deserves to be listened to. Notice the patterns, write things down, trust what you feel and advocate for your body even when it’s inconvenient or unfamiliar. We’re so quick to minimise our symptoms, to push through, to tell ourselves “it’s fine.” But your body is always giving you information so listen in and look after it.

If you’d like to explore further, you can book a naturopathy consultation at balancedbybiancamelas.com or keep an eye out for her next retreat.

  • The Inarra's Courtney McIntosh on Redirection, Self-Expression and the Identity Shift of Motherhood
    2025/11/23

Today’s guest is Courtney McIntosh - founder of The Inarra, a platform redefining the journey of motherhood through style.

Courtney has an incredible ability to make women feel seen, confident, and celebrated. It’s no surprise she’s channelled that gift into building a brand that empowers women through one of life’s most vulnerable seasons - pregnancy - and the ever-shifting stages of motherhood that follow.

In this conversation, Courtney speaks with honesty about the identity shift she experienced after the birth of her first son, and how those raw, uncertain moments became the foundation for something deeply meaningful. We also dive into a lesson we’re both learning: how to stop taking rejection personally and instead use it as fuel to keep going.

A lot has happened since we sat down to record, including the exciting news that Courtney is now pregnant with her third child. Through The Inarra, she’s begun sharing her raw experiences on how she’s approaching pregnancy the third time around, how her style is evolving with each stage, and the small rituals helping her feel strong, grounded and present.

Courtney is a true champion of women - and I’m a big champion of hers.

We recorded this episode at the beautiful Rainbow Studios in Darlinghurst - a big thank you to Jade and the team for hosting us.
