Hosts Siobhan Leyden and Loreta Bilinskate-Monie have a lot of questions about everything and are not afraid to ask. Friends for nearly two decades in Dubai, Loreta was a model and now an artist, Siobhan a broadcast journalist, they met through her radio show and became friends through their love for storytelling and all things curious and quirky.

Flow means different things to different people. To Siobhan and Loreta it means being true to one’s authentic self. Join them on their journey to find their flow and learn from those who have found theirs.

    Nitai Krishna is one of the most gracious and beautiful souls we have had the pleasure of spending time with. He was born in Ghana and grew up in a Bhakti yoga family and community. He has lived in many countries including India and Thailand. Now settled in Dubai for over 6 years, he has gathered a huge following who attend his gentle, non-judgmental, yet energizing classes at The Matcha Club. We sat down with him to find out more about his childhood, how he came to be the man he is today and how he lives in his flow.
