About Kirsty:
I am an integrative therapist and am curious about understanding the relationship we have with ourselves and others. I have a particular interest in perfectionism, people pleasing and working with clients who have experienced a lack of emotional connection in childhood.
I have a background in loss and bereavement and supporting college students.
