Some were delivered by faith. Others were devoured, imprisoned, beaten, and killed by that same faith. Hebrews 11 does not present faith as a guarantee of outcomes, but as unwavering trust in God regardless of them. Real faith does not collapse when the breakthrough doesn’t come.
