Quantum physics has a theory where at the core of every piece of matter, there's a vibrating string. String theory, whether you believe it or not, is something worth thinking about. If matter is affected by vibrations, does that mean our bodies are too? If our bodies are affected by vibrations, what if I told you emotions carry frequency?
Scientists are able to measure emotions and their frequencies. I'm a big fan of saying all emotions are information, there's no good or bad, but they do vibrate at different frequencies. Emotions like anger and fear vibrate at lower frequencies, while gratitude and love vibrate at higher frequencies. If that's the case, can our emotions affect others? What do they do to our own bodies?
