Choose a few words that represent the family you want to become. They might include: Faith • Love • Truth • Kindness • Courage • Honesty • Hard Work • Forgiveness • Generosity • Service • Creativity • Integrity Then talk about what those words actually look like in everyday life. You can even create a family declaration or design a family crest around the values you choose. 💬 Family Conversation What are three words we hope describe our family?How do we want people to feel when they enter our home?How should we respond when someone in our family makes a mistake?What special gift does each person bring to our family?Is there anywhere we need to "right the ship" and begin again?What is one thing our family could do together to help someone else? 👑 A Leadership Lesson for Kids Great leaders know what they stand for before they're pressured to choose differently. Your family's ethos works like a compass. It doesn't mean you'll never make a mistake or get off course. It reminds you which direction you want to travel, and helps you find your way back when you wander. Strong families aren't families that never make mistakes.
