このコンテンツについて

Welcome to the Eternal Faith podcast. Our names are Jaedon and Dylan. We’re two friends who love God, love Life, and are walking a spiritual path as best as we can. For several years now, we have studied the different world religions, teachings, and healing modalities for the purpose of connecting with God and living a happier and more peaceful life. We love and welcome the essence of all religions, all spirituality - and that is why we named our podcast the eternal faith - because the teachings are always evolving, and for us it's about using what we have to connect with the essence of life that is always here and now.

We don’t claim to be experts, teachers, or spiritual authorities. We hope that each conversation is able to connect you back to your own self. There’s nothing truthful that we can say that you don’t already know. If something resonates with you—amazing, we’re grateful it connected. And if it doesn’t—that’s perfectly fine too. Take what you like and leave the rest.

  • Sound Makes The World | Episode 5
    2025/12/10

What if the most powerful technology you’ll ever use is a single syllable spoken with a steady heart? We explore how creation moves from infinite stillness to vibration, why sound is the first pattern that organizes reality, and how a simple mantra can reshape your inner world and your day-to-day choices. This isn’t lofty talk; it’s a practical path to coherence.

We unpack the difference between speaking to the divine and vibrating with the divine. Prayer asks; mantra embodies. When we pray as if it’s already received, attention aligns with the frequency we want to live in. From the Vedic map—ether birthing sound, air, fire, water, and earth—to cymatics showing tone shaping matter, sound emerges as the blueprint beneath form. That’s why ancient languages and mantras were crafted with precision: sequences of syllables generate specific effects, forming yantras, clearing the mind, and tuning the nervous system.

We also tackle modern pitfalls: chasing a thousand mantras versus mastering one, outsourcing healing versus stepping into agency, and using language that quietly undermines our state. You’ll hear why repeating a single mantra through everyday moments can do more than a new technique, how solfeggio and chakra frequencies can support emotional balance, and why energetic discernment in intimacy matters. Most of all, we return to the simplest guidance: seek the highest frequency you can name—Christ, Ram, Shiva, Medicine Buddha—and let that devotion organize the rest.

If you’re ready to trade asking for becoming, press play. Then try one mantra, all day, for a week. Notice what shifts. If it helps, share this episode with a friend, subscribe for more, and leave a review to tell us which frequency you’re choosing next.

    • stillness before vibration as the ground of being
    • ether and sound as the first movement of spirit
    • mantra vs prayer and how each works
    • sound organizing matter, yantra as visible mantra
    • choosing one mantra over many for depth
    • language hygiene and words as spells
    • frequencies, bowls, and chakra resonance
    • healing from spiritual to physical and back
    • discernment in intimacy as energetic hygiene
    • praying as if received and blessing with presence
    • seeking God first to let life align

  • The Four Ways To Handle Conflict | Episode 4
    2025/12/09

Conflict doesn’t just test relationships; it tests our relationship with ourselves. We dive into a practical framework you can use in the heat of the moment: suppress, react, consciously communicate, or transmute. Paired with the classic choices—leave it, change it, or accept it—you’ll learn how to stop repeating painful patterns and start building trust with yourself and others.

We explore why suppression equals self-betrayal and how each broken promise erodes inner credibility. From there, we connect integrity to momentum and karma: every choice pours fuel on one fire or another. If you’ve struggled with habits or addiction, this reframe helps explain why “one last time” makes the next time harder and how the only real time to stop is now. Then we walk through conscious communication with practical phrasing that avoids blame and invites empathy, showing how “I feel” language defuses escalation and actually builds intimacy by solving problems together.

Sometimes the most skillful move is silence—not avoidance, but timing. We talk about transmutation, trusting the right moment, and using three questions to decide whether to speak: Does this need to be said? Does this need to be said now? Does this need to be said by me? Finally, we clarify boundaries as a personal art: when to set external lines, how to start with internal boundaries, and why directing your attention is the cleanest form of energy management. If you’re ready to handle conflict with more clarity, compassion, and courage, hit play, subscribe, and share this conversation with someone who’s on the path with you.

We map four ways to handle conflict—from suppression and unconscious reaction to conscious communication and inner transmutation—then link them with Eckhart’s leave, change, accept framework and the role of timing. Along the way we unpack self-betrayal, integrity, momentum, karma, and the art of boundaries.

    • suppression as self-betrayal and loss of self-trust
    • addiction and integrity through aligned words and actions
    • momentum and karma shaping habits and outcomes
    • unconscious reactions vs emotional identification
    • conscious communication using clear “I feel” language
    • intimacy built by resolving adversity with care
    • transmutation, timing and when silence serves
    • three timing questions to guide speech
    • personal boundaries, tolerance and discernment
    • internal vs external boundaries and directing attention

  • The Origin of Trauma, Shame & Why We Fear Living Fully | Episode 3
    2025/11/15

In one of the most important conversations of the Eternal Faith Podcast, Jaedon and Dylan go to the deepest root of human suffering — the core wound that every person carries, the origin of shame, and the real reason most people spend their lives avoiding the very thing that would set them free: feeling everything fully.

This episode explains how trauma is not random. It is the echo of something much older — the original moment when a limitless soul enters a limited human body. This “original separation from Source” creates the foundation for every coping mechanism, emotional trigger, and fear we experience as adults.

Drawing from the Bhagavad Gita, Christ’s teachings, infant psychology, and their own healing paths, Jaedon and Dylan show how:

    • Trauma is the activation of the original separation
    • Shame forms when a child believes they must change to earn love
    • The ego was built to help us survive — but it also becomes our prison
    • Our deepest fear is not death… it’s living fully
    • True liberation comes from feeling emotions all the way through
    • You must “die before you die” to spiritually awaken
    • Presence dissolves fear, shame, and old beliefs
    • Compassion frees you, victimhood traps you
    • Not every desire should be acted on — some should simply be felt
    • The real path is allowing, not controlling
    • Seeing others as souls (instead of egos) unlocks compassion
    • Feeling is the gateway back to God

This episode also introduces the Acknowledge → Allow → Accept → Embrace method — a simple but life-changing roadmap for dissolving shame, healing emotional wounds, and returning to your true self.

If you’ve ever struggled with emotional patterns, shame, trauma, overthinking, spiritual fear, or the sense that “something is missing,” this episode gives a clear and compassionate explanation of why — and a practical, spiritual path to healing it at the root.

This conversation is a guide to:
healing at the root, ending shame, choosing compassion, and awakening to who you truly are.
