For Episode 5 of our Podcast we invited along members of our Jeffing Group who have embraced, US Olympian, Jeff Galloway's run-walk training method. Eventually we wrestled back the microphone and were joined by Eleanor for a sing-song before a round up of your runner celebrations ...but no Andy H due to his upcoming 'He's Electric' tour of Miami so Alistair stayed behind instead to brag about his Club Handicap Race prizes.

It won't win any soap acting awards but a bit of fun, unscripted, mostly, but it's about you, and definitely not us, so we hope you enjoy it enough to take us on your next run.
