For today’s topic, I want to share a way and a mindset to improve presence and perseverance 🤍
This idea I’ve been thinking about more about because I’ve realized the more I keep my eyes on what’s ahead of me, the more momentum and flow I have, and most importantly, the better I feel 🤍
I like to think of an analogy of a rear-view mirror when you’re driving🪞Our mirrors, the views in both our side mirrors and in our rearview, can serve as guidance to help us continue moving forward safely. However, our primary focus while we’re driving, is looking at what’s ahead of us 🚙
This is a perfect analogy for life in that we can look in the rearview for information on how to move forward towards our goals. To know what did or didn’t work for you on your path, of what things were obstructions that you went around, and to learn what and who you want to keep in the car as you keep moving forward ✨
