Do what scares you! Sometimes we get comfortable living a certain way, following a routine and being surrounded by people and an environment that makes us feel safe and secure. But it's when we start looking back a little more than we should and have regrets, or feel stagnant and bored in the present, or look too far ahead, wanting something more....that's when we need to start making change. Sometimes that's taking that leap of faith and doing something out of your comfort zone.
To do the things that scare us most is taking risks, but it's better knowing the outcome than always wondering what could have been. To take a leap of faith means achieving good self-awareness, self-control and a strong sense of self-worth. It also means understanding the difference between intuition and anxiety.
