Tom Otton has been at the forefront of Digital Media in the UAE for the better part of two decades as the CEO and founder of Create Group, growing the business to a team of 200+ employees.
Tom is also an adventurer and extreme athlete, having completed a number of ultra marathons, including the Ice Ultra and the Marathon Des Sables amongst others. Tom can regularly be found training in extreme places as he prepares for his next epic challenge.
Tom's pursuit for excellence, his unique approach to physical and mental well being and commitment to challenging himself and getting a long way outside of his comfort zone is inspiring.
