This episode is for you if you're hard on yourself!
It’s full of tips and tools on how to come back to safety, learn what safety is, and through understanding your nervous system states, learn how you may not be able to find safety in the moment, learn how to then find it, and therefore, possibly feel compassion for yourself and for others, and for this world, cause we need it.
Compassion is being called for and listen, if it's not possible right now, it's okay. It makes sense.
So listen to this episode and stay till the end, because you're gonna come away with several different ways to establish safety within your own body, to be okay. And you're gonna have some new tools, and you might even leave feeling compassion and feeling safe and wanting to engage in the world from this new place, even if it's just for thirty seconds, ten second,
it's so possible.
Everything that I share with you is creating a new way of life. It's defining the richness that you desire, and it's stepping into a level of regulation that, no matter what happens, you can come back to you. You can come home to you. And it's so so powerful.
