Oh. Wow. It's been not just a minute but OVER A YEAR since Louise & Neil got behind the mics in their respective countries.
A lot has been happening in that time, as you'd expect.
- Louise has launched some brilliant Sparkle Sessions for female founders
- Neil's burnt himself on hot tea (three times). He's also been working on a White Paper for the Institute of Internal Communications (out in June/July 2026)
We talk about clothes as empowerment or armour; radical presence in conversation; being vulnerable; and the fact that one of the early incarnations of the Emperor from Star Wars was played by a woman.
