In this episode of Planet Phoenix, I reflect on a recent experience of inner freedom and openness.
While sitting on a park bench overlooking the Ohio River in Evansville, Indiana, I found myself resting in a rare state of ease—free from the usual weight of thought, inner pressure, and emotional burden. That simple moment of presence opened something deeper within me.
I also share a recent meditation experience in which I came to understand that I can release the unconscious defense system within myself that has been preventing me from freely receiving unconditional love.
This is a conversation about presence, letting go, inner safety, and what becomes possible when we stop defending against the very love we long to receive.
