概要
Leadership was never meant to be defined by control, dominance, or the suppression of others—yet history shows us a pattern that refuses to be ignored. We’ve been conditioned to believe that leadership looks a certain way, sounds a certain way, and operates through power over people rather than power within, but what happens when the results don’t match the image?
What happens when the systems built under that leadership continue to produce imbalance, disconnection, emotional suppression, and cycles of harm—not just for women, but for men too? This isn’t about blame. It’s about patterns.
For generations, we’ve watched the same outcomes repeat themselves—violence over vulnerability, control over collaboration, ego over emotional intelligence. And still, we’re told this is what leadership is supposed to look like. It’s not.
Because real leadership doesn’t require silence.
It doesn’t require suppression, and it doesn’t require one group to shrink so another can feel powerful.
So the question isn’t just who has been leading…
The real question is: What have those patterns produced—and why are we still calling that leadership?
