概要
This is where the story shifts.
In Part 1, I talked about why hiring your friends can cost you.
But in Part 2… I had to take a step back and look at myself.
Because if I’m being honest, this wasn’t just about them.
This was about the decisions I made while operating in survival mode.
I talk about:
* why I chose familiarity over alignment
* what it really looks like to not trust yourself
* how survival mode disguises itself as “loyalty” and “comfort”
* and the role I played in putting the wrong people in the right positions
This isn’t about blaming anyone.
It’s about naming the pattern.
Because when you don’t trust yourself…
you will keep choosing what feels safe — even when it costs you.
And for me, it did.
This is Part 2 of a 3-part series.
We’re not done yet.
