This episode explore how the Shadow gets created.
Once we experienced ourselves as whole and complete until... we got afraid, overwhelmed, embarrassed, ashamed and withdrew parts of ourselves from our own radiant awareness.
These denials of self, these moments of judgment, insecurity, doubt, self sabotage pushed aspects of ourselves underground, int the background, into the unconscious.
And so the Shadow Realm was born and then added to with each subsequent act of self abandonment.
