We all understand how important communication is during a crisis. But this week's guest says that during high profile building evacuations, there is a time when communications silence is the proper protocol. But that doesn't mean we don't communicate. Keith explains that to him, the term literally refers to damage caused by an explosion. And that leads Keith to the topic of communications silence during an evacuation. He says that silence doesn't mean we don't communicate during the crisis, it means that our phones can't be used to detonate a device.
