In this episode Patty was joined again by Leigh Watson from Episode 1, Pinky from Team Pinky Muay Thai & Josh Graetz, former coach at Barossa Muay Thai & current Muay Thai coach at Element Jiu Jitsu in the Barossa Valley. Leigh, Pinky & Josh are all former abusers of different substances (ice for Leigh, heroin for Pinky & alcohol for Josh) but have all been sober & clean for many years. The boys sat down with Patty & very openly discussed their incredible & inspiring journeys from addiction through to sobriety. This was an extremely powerful & moving discussion between the 4 lads & hopefully it reaches anyone who may be struggling with some form of addiction & encourages them to seek help.
