Raka joins us to share her professional insight into what professional support looks like, how to tackle common fears and how we should approach the idea of accessing help.
Dr Raka works at Central North West London NHS Foundation Trust and in Kensington and Chelsea within Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS).
