What if changing your life begins with changing the story you believe about yourself?

Because you can desire abundance while still identifying with scarcity. You can crave deep, secure love while expecting abandonment. You can want success while carrying a story of being overlooked, or long for peace while believing that staying vigilant is what keeps you safe.

Eventually, these stories can stop feeling like stories at all.

This isn't about pretending your past didn't happen or forcing yourself to believe something that doesn't feel true. It's about reclaiming your authorship... because your previous behaviour is evidence of what you've practised, not a binding contract for who you have to remain.

Your life will never outgrow the story you believe about yourself.
