Welcome back to another episode of PASCV: Gone Viral! Today, we have Dr. Nina Gao, PhD, D(ABMM) interviewing the one and only Dr. Tony Tran, DrPH, MPH, D(ABMM), MT(ASCP). Dr. Tran is the current Director of the State Public Health Laboratory and Deputy Director of the Center for Laboratory Sciences at the California Department of Public Health. In this episode, we discuss his personal journey into Public Health, what keeps him inspired and motivated, the impact Public Health makes to the greater community, and different pathways to a career in Public Health.
