Welcome to week 2 of our Book Club/Study- "Let our Children Go".
Today we are addressing the topic of generational influences/cursing and how it is essential for getting to the root of open doors and continual oppression from the demonic.
The Bible is clear about how we reap the blessings and the cursings stemming from the decisions our ancestors have made (see Exodus 20:1-6 & Exodus 34:7).
Today we go through the steps to break the influence of generational cursing in our family line and allow the redemption of Jesus bring deliverance and freedom for generations to come!
Steps to breaking generational curses:
Confess the sins of fathers and forefathers and ask for forgiveness.
Apply the blood of Jesus over the sin as the atonement
Forgive them if you are harboring anger, bitterness, or resentment because of the curse that they left you.
Break the curse and close doors to the demonic influence.
Break any agreements you've made with the curse.
Declare new blessings in your family line.
