In this episode, I talk about something a lot of ambitious teens and young adults struggle with rest, burnout, and productivity.
For a long time, I believed the only way to succeed was to work harder, push through stress, and stay busy all the time. But eventually my body forced me to slow down. I actually blew out my voice from overworking and not listening to my body, and that experience completely changed how I think about success and self-discipline.
In this episode, I break down why rest, recovery, and mental health are essential if you want long-term success, motivation, focus, and productivity. I also share practical ways hardworking teens, students, and young adults can rest and recharge without feeling lazy or falling behind on their goals, school, or personal growth.
