Hey there! Welcome to the Align with Love Podcast: Not your average self help podcast… by not your average therapist. I am your host, Erin Cutrone… the face and founder of The Anahata Wellness Collective and #INpoweredMentalHealth.

I figured I would takethis first episode to introduce you to myself and to my work and what we're going to be diving into in this podcast.

I have a background in yoga, mindfulness education and I am obsessed with understanding human behavior and how to create lasting change. I have studies in psychology, neuroscience, the physiology of stress, the biology of trauma and some other pretty progressive sciences you'll learn more about if you stick around…

This podcast is designed to teach you the fundamentals of why we are the way we are, why we do the things we do and how to create lasting change. It's going to be the simplified and informative teachings of all of my studies, contemplations, observations, curiosities, and rants…. backed by science, philosophy, and the endless pursuit to reconnect us to the power of love, our hearts and our true path to healing, from the inside out. This podcast is my attempt to help us learn the skills and remember how to reconnect to ourselves, to each other and to our world.
