Now, find a comfortable position, either sitting or lying down. Close your eyes and take a deep breath, allowing your body to relax. Release any tension or stress you may be holding, and bring your attention to the sensation of your breath as it enters and leaves your body.
In the following moments, we will embark on a journey of deepening mindfulness, cultivating present-moment awareness, and nurturing our connection with ourselves and the world around us. Trust the process, trust yourself, and let's begin this transformative practice together.
