Welcome to Episode 9 of NO DICE, a podcast series talking about female gambling addiction and stories of recovery across Scotland.
In this episode, I’m delighted to be joined by Dakota Jones, speaking in their role as Development Worker for Chances, the Gambling Support Service available via third sector organisation Cyrenians.
Listen in as we explore the reasons why people who identify as LGBT+ are at higher risk of compulsive gambling harm, what changes need to be made to bridge the gaps in various services accessed by the community and how the gambling industry targets specific groups of LGBT+ with its advertising campaigns.
