I think we have all forgotten how to actually learn. And I don’t just mean studying in school, I mean the capability to absorb knowledge. Whenever we don’t know something, we instantly google or ask ai. You’re not required to think critically and actually understand something by yourself anymore. But that’s the problem. We blindly follow what we’re being told because we forgot how to learn something by ourselves. Additionally, we were taught that „learning“ is just for school and something we’re forced to do. Naturally, when we didn’t HAVE to learn anymore, we just stopped. But there’s something so beautiful in learning things for yourself. Because the ones that know how to retain knowledge won’t only be the ones who end up on top in school or work, but also with their autonomy and self-fulfillment. So let’s relearn how to learn!
