We're back this week with an episode chatting all about brides taking to TikTok to leave reviews or complain about the wedding industry and the so called "price gouging" and how it kind of feels like the new Yelp for vendors. We're sharing our honest thoughts on why brides are complaining, what's appropriate and not appropriate and how as vendors we can respond. Also, talking about ways that we can just avoid getting a video made on TikTok about our services. If you're living up to the services contracted for and going above and beyond, you're doing great! But if you're not providing the services that you contracted to your client, it might be time to step it up. Lastly, don't let potential clients complaining about pricing make you nervous and then you reduce your pricing, stay strong Jabbers, you know what you're worth!
