On this episode, I had the honor of having over the one and only Sr Mwai ; a young, upcoming Kenyan underground artist — to help me better understand the Kenyan underground music scene and what it means to be a Kenyan underground artist in today's over saturated music space.
We got into why underground artists feel like they aren’t getting the push they deserve, Sr Mwai’s music writing techniques, his collaborations with other underground artists such as Codey and NMJ, and the importance of artistic freedom and protecting your art.
