I'm honored and privileged to have my friend and one of my tattoo artists in the studio with me today to share his story. Chris (more widely known as Lokote) is an incredible tattoo artist and a legend in not only Santa Fe but in New Mexico. We speak about personal connections, family, the origin of his name and how he grew that into an empire. Lokote is a local New Mexico staple and as much a representative of our state pride as other big names like Rob Vanderslice, Johnny James, Freddy Prinze Jr, Neil Patrick Harris, Holly Holm, and Beau Hightower.
