Our Being is always intensely happy. But we don't always feel powerfully happy and Calm. Why? And can meditation help dissolve what is blocking us and feeling so bad? How? Most are meditating mistakenly thinking it should peaceful and calm and it is not. So we no longer continue. Let's correct some basic misinformation before we actually begin our awakening meditation in the next podcast. Let's start right...even if we are just scratching the surface.

These podcasts are meant to supplement your personal path of awakening whatever that might be. They are a compilation of what I have found to be the most helpful over the last 50 years on my path of awakening. I feel these podcasts are most powerful when listened to in sequence from podcast one forward because each is built on the last. Though they, also, all stand on their own.
