In today’s study, we see where Paul urged Timothy to hold fast the sound doctrine he received, keeping it through the indwelling Spirit. We see the contrast between the ex-believers in Asia who turned away, with Onesiphorus who was a loyal helper of Paul. We also discuss how Paul encouraged Timothy to rely on the strength in Christ’s grace, to commit these things to faithful men who will teach others, and to endure as a good soldier.
