Today’s study is our last one in 1st Timothy, and we discuss the charge Paul gave Timothy to instruct the rich not to be high‑minded or trust in uncertain riches. We should rather trust in God who gives us all things richly to enjoy. He stressed our need to do good, be generous, distribute to those in need, and communicate our blessings, which lays a foundation for eternal life. We should also keep what is committed to us, avoiding profane and vain babblings, while rejecting false knowledge, because some have erred from the faith over these things. We believe this si a wonderful finish to a wonderful book… come study God’s Word with us!
