In today’s episode, we ask the question: Do you love money, or do you have faith?Paul didn’t warn about possessing wealth, but he did warn against desiring to be rich. He rebuked people who chase after riches, those guilty of having the “love of money.” These desires lead to “temptation, snares, and foolish and hurtful lusts. These are the things that drown men “in destruction and perdition.” Loving money causes believers to “err from the faith” and “pierce themselves through with many sorrows,” while true men of God must flee these dangers and pursue righteousness.
