He also that desiring the office of a bishop is a good thing to long for. Ministry is a demanding job, but it is an extremely honorable work. The ministry affects families, churches, outsiders, and the Kingdom of God, therefore it requires strict qualifications. A bishop must be blameless, faithful to one wife, disciplined, hospitable, and able to teach others.
