Theresa spent 25 years building a business in financial services, sold it, and is now living proof of something I needed to hear: success is how YOU measure it, not what the world decides for you. We talk about why you can't just find your community — you have to build it on purpose, even when you're the "mama bear" doing all the organizing.

We also get into the stuff nobody says out loud: why women wear selflessness as a badge of honor, how control over your money (not just having it) is what actually brings peace, and why she swears by harmony over balance. Theresa even pumped the brakes on me mid-conversation to ask what I was going to take instead of give — and I needed it.
