このコンテンツについて
It's the first episode of our Thoughts to Thrive segment! Thoughts to Thrive will always be a shorter episode, where featured guests will share a piece of advice, a resource, or a word of encouragement to brighten your day. These episodes will be great for those who are short on time, who want to take a few minutes to learn something new or hear some words to uplift your spirit and shift perspective for the day.
We have our first guest on The Community Cloud Show for today's short episode! Introducing Rebekah "Beks" Denegal @nucreat4removement :
Professional dancer and movement artist
Entrepreneur
Owner of @fotsjuice
Creator of @artistictherapymovement
Signed to @mtaagency
Rebekah Denegal was raised in Pasadena & Los Angeles, CA discovering dance at a very young age. Rebekah started dancing at school functions, house parties, and school talent shows, and from there she discovered her profession at the age of 17. Rebekah has trained in many forms of dance, while also working professionally in the industry with artists like Kehlani, Will.I.Am, Missy Elliott, & Iggy Azalea to name a few. She is currently focused on choreography, individuality, and freedom through movement. She owns and operates a juice business called Fruit of the Spirit Juice. She also created a dance session and class called Artistic Therapy Movement to be a safe space for dancers to deposit the old, and withdraw the new. This session creates an atmosphere for the individual to be refreshed and reconnected with self and community.
She will also be featured on an episode of The Deep, one of our longer episode segments, where we will get deep into hearing each other's stories, challenges, how we overcame them, and all that good life experience you want to hear! For The Deep, we may also go into specific subjects which I will share details on in the episode summary, so keep a lookout for that. Now go enjoy this good reminder, and listen to this episode of Thoughts to Thrive!
Love,
Your friend
